Interrupt the scroll.
Reach someone real.
You didn't mean to lose the evening to your phone. Reach notices when you've been in an app too long and hands you someone worth hearing from instead of another feed. Call them, text them, or just step outside for a minute. That's the whole app.
Free to start, no ads, nothing tracked. Reach Pro unlocks an unlimited circle and more.

It knows when to step in
Reach watches how long you've been in the apps you picked, using each platform's own screen-time tools. Once you've been in one a while, it steps in. Set the exact timing however you like in Settings.
Chosen by you, not random
Reach suggests whoever you've gone longest without logging. Nobody comes up twice inside 48 hours, and it stays quiet during the hours you've set aside.
A way out that isn't a call
Late at night, or when everyone's already been reached, you get a short walk, a glass of water, or a slow breath instead. Rotated each time, never random.
Your circle, your call
You choose who's in your circle the first time you open the app, and you can change it whenever. Reach never suggests anyone you didn't add, and it never reads your phone's real contacts or call history to guess. Reach Pro removes the limit entirely, so your circle can grow as far as you want.
A home-screen widget on both platforms logs a moment in one tap, no need to open the app. Reach only ever claims what you told it: "logged in Reach," never "you talked."
Why not just block it?
Most screen-time apps lock you out and leave it there. That works until it doesn't: the block gets snoozed, or resented, or both. Reach's bet is different. The interrupt only works if it hands you something better in the same tap. Not a wall. A name.
It takes about a minute to set up
Pick your circle, pick the apps that eat your evenings, and put the phone down.
